At Eleven Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and wellness products. Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of our clients by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and product integrity.

For the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any beauty, skincare, or personal care products. This policy applies to:

• Skincare products (creams, serums, masks, etc.)
• Makeup and cosmetics
• Haircare and body care products
• Beauty tools and devices
• Any other personal-use items sold at our spa

While we do not provide refunds, we offer exchanges in the following cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Products
    
   • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   • We require clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and proof of purchase.
   • Once approved, we will replace the item with the same product.

1. Incorrect Item Received
    
   • If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
   • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for an exchange to be processed.
   • We will provide a replacement at no extra charge once the incorrect item is returned.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for an exchange.
• We do not accept exchanges for products that have been opened or used, even if only once, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

• All spa service purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued for canceled or missed appointments.
• Appointments may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time without a refund or rescheduling option.
